How to care for your cashmere

For a lifetime of cloud-like softness, please follow the care instructions:

Hand wash cold Or dry clean

Gently hand wash in cold water (below 30°C) using a specialized cashmere detergent. Alternatively, seek professional dry cleaning.

Do Not Bleach

Avoid all bleaching agents, as they could chemically break down the delicate protein fibers, causing the garment to lose its structural integrity and softness

Warm iron if necessary

If necessary, use a cool iron at a maximum temperature of 110°C (230°F). We recommend using a pressing cloth between the iron and the cashmere to protect the surface luster.

Flat drying in the shade

Reshape and lay flat to dry. Avoid direct sunlight to prevent stiffening, shrinking, or damage. To maintain its shape, always fold your cashmere for storage.

How to remove pilling on cashmere

Pilling is a natural characteristic of high-quality fibres and does not indicate a flaw. After the first few wears, your cashmere may develop small fibre balls, known as pilling, particularly in areas subject to regular movement or friction, such as the underarms, sleeves, and sides of the body.

To maintain the appearance of your garment, gently remove any pills using a cashmere comb. Work in short, light strokes in a single direction, holding the comb at approximately a 15-degree angle to the fabric. Avoid applying excessive pressure, as this may disturb the knit.
