Shipping & Delivery

Every KVSS Cashmere product is carefully crafted and inspected before shipping. Order processing time is 3-5 business days. Customized items or items with initials may require an additional 5-7 business days.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship worldwide using trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and DHL to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

Shipping Costs and Estimated Delivery Time After Shipment:

US Continental: Free shipping on orders over $179 (orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days after shipment)

International: Free shipping on orders over $179 (orders typically arrive within 8-14 business days after shipment)

You will receive a confirmation email after order submission. After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to track your package's status.

Note: Delivery time does not include processing time. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO, FPO). Please carefully verify your shipping address before checkout, as changing the address after shipment may incur additional fees.

Pre-order Items

If your order includes pre-order items, we will ship them all at once after all items have arrived. We currently do not support partial shipments.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it ships.

Please send an email to support@kvsscashmere.com to request a cancellation.

A 5% international transaction fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

After order cancellation confirmation, we will refund the amount to your original payment account within 5-7 business days.

If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You can apply for a return according to our return policy.
