Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and incorrect, with original KVSS tags attached.

All returns are subject to inspection to ensure items are in clean, wearable condition. Returns with strong odors (such as perfume or smoke), stains, or excessive pet or human hair may be denied and returned to the customer.

Return Process

  • All online purchases must be processed through our Return Portal.
  • Returns that do not follow the proper procedure may not be accepted.
  • KVSS Cashmere reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • For exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping, while KVSS will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • In such cases, KVSS Cashmere will cover the return shipping cost.
  • Claims made after 14 days will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once your return is received and inspected.
  • Please allow up to 5 business days after delivery for processing.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Review Notice

Certain returns, including high-value items or those flagged for unusual activity, may require manual review before a refund is issued. If a return is marked as delivered but not received at our warehouse, we reserve the right to delay or deny the refund pending investigation.
